BLUETTI RV5 Power Hub for RVs
The BLUETTI RV5 Power Hub centralizes energy management for your RV, campervan, or travel trailer in a single system. It replaces several traditional components, including the inverter, solar charge controller, and alternator charger. With 5,000 W of continuous AC output, it can power high-demand appliances such as an air conditioner, microwave, or coffee maker. The result is a simpler, powerful electrical system perfectly suited for off-grid living.

This architecture allows you to manage the main energy needs of a converted vehicle from a single system. With 5,000 W of continuous AC power, the RV5 can run multiple appliances simultaneously. A Complete Electrical System for RVs and Campervans
One of the main advantages of the BLUETTI RV5 is its ability to combine several essential functions into a single Power Hub. Instead of installing a separate inverter, solar charge controller, and multiple charging systems, you can centralize your energy generation, storage, and distribution.
The RV5 can accept up to 1,800 W of solar power and recover up to 1,200 W from a 24 V alternator. When shore power is available, charging can reach up to 5,000 W. This gives you multiple energy sources to keep your system running both on the road and at camp.
BLUETTI RV5 Power Hub Compatibility
The BLUETTI RV5 Power Hub integrates with 5 kWh and 10 kWh configurations using B4810 batteries. It can also accept power from solar panels and the vehicle’s alternator to create a complete integrated energy system.
For a more compact and portable setup, you can also compare it with the Premium AC200PL power station. This option is better suited for installations that do not require a permanent 5,000 W electrical system.
The RV5 integrates naturally into the ecosystem of BLUETTI power stations, DC-DC chargers, and solutions such as the 2400 W RV solar kit. This allows you to build an electrical system tailored to the energy needs of your campervan, travel trailer, or RV.
5,000 W to Power Your RV Equipment
With 5,000 W of continuous AC output and up to 10,000 W of peak power, the RV5 is designed to handle high-demand appliances. Air conditioning, microwaves, coffee makers, and other appliances can all be integrated into your off-grid setup.
At the same time, the DC outputs can directly power your vehicle’s 12 V or 24 V equipment. This architecture is particularly well suited for refrigerators, lighting systems, water pumps, and other permanently installed accessories in a converted vehicle.
Camping, Vanlife, and Overlanding Applications
For trips lasting a few days, a 5 kWh configuration provides a substantial energy reserve for your fridge, lighting, and everyday appliances. For longer road trips or more energy-intensive setups, a 10 kWh configuration can significantly increase your available autonomy.
For vanlife and extended off-grid travel, the RV5 can manage air conditioning, water pumps, kitchen appliances, and various electrical systems in your vehicle. Solar and alternator charging can then recover energy while you drive and while you are at camp.
This provides a quiet alternative to a traditional generator, with no fuel to carry, exhaust fumes, or engine maintenance.
Practical Tips for the BLUETTI RV5 Power Hub
During installation, use the supplied drilling template to correctly position the Power Hub. Label each cable before closing the access panels as well. This will make future maintenance and inspections considerably easier.
Once the system is installed, monitor energy flow through the app or Epad display during your first trips. This allows you to check solar charging, energy recovered from the alternator, and the consumption of your various appliances.
For a levelling jack requiring more than 100 A, plan for a dedicated 12 V battery. Keep all electrical connections in a dry and protected location as well.
