Delivery times vary according to the shipping option chosen and the destination.

For domestic orders, deliveries may take from 7 to 15 working days after dispatch.

For international orders, delivery times may vary considerably due to customs, local vacations and other unforeseen factors.

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of order based on weight, size, shipping option and destination.

Orders eligible for free delivery will be specified accordingly.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, if applicable.

For some products manufactured by third parties, tracking may not be available or may be provided directly by the third party supplier.
7. Delivery

We do our best to ensure that your items arrive in good condition. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by delivery services after the product has left our warehouse.

In the event of damaged delivery, please retain all packaging and contact the delivery service for a damage report, then inform us for a replacement or refund.

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.
- Any cancellation made immediately after placing an order is subject to a processing fee of 2.8% + $0.30 charged by our payment platform, Shopify.
