Exode Explore Shipping Policy

1. Introduction

At Exode Explore, we understand the importance of receiving your orders in a timely manner. This shipping policy applies to products manufactured by us as well as products sold by third parties via our Shopify platform.

2. Order processing

  • Orders are generally processed within 14 working days after receipt of payment.

  • Weekends and holidays are not included in this processing time.

3. Shipping Options

We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:

3.1 For our manufactured products

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 14 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 5 business days for an additional fee.

3.2 For third-party products

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the third-party supplier. Specific details will be indicated on each product page or during the order process.

4. Delivery times

  • Delivery times vary according to the shipping option chosen and the destination.

  • For domestic orders, deliveries may take from 7 to 15 working days after dispatch.

  • For international orders, delivery times may vary considerably due to customs, local vacations and other unforeseen factors.

5. Shipping rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at the time of order based on weight, size, shipping option and destination.

  • Orders eligible for free delivery will be specified accordingly.

6. Order tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, if applicable.

  • For some products manufactured by third parties, tracking may not be available or may be provided directly by the third party supplier.

7. Delivery

  • We do our best to ensure that your items arrive in good condition. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by delivery services after the product has left our warehouse.

  • In the event of damaged delivery, please retain all packaging and contact the delivery service for a damage report, then inform us for a replacement or refund.

8. Potential delays

  • Shipping times may be affected by unforeseen events such as extreme weather, strikes, vacations or customs delays.

  • We endeavour to communicate potential delays as soon as we are informed of them.

9. International delivery

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • International customers are responsible for checking customs regulations and importing goods in accordance with the laws of their country.

10. Order Change or Cancellation

  • If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.

  • Any cancellation made immediately after placing an order is subject to a processing fee of 2.8% + $0.30 charged by our payment platform, Shopify.
  • After shipment, changes or cancellations are no longer possible, but you can follow our return policy.
