Configuration Options

• Option 1: One 24-inch (61 cm) insulated flue for taller installations.
• Option 2: Two 12-inch (30.5 cm) insulated flues for a low profile.
• The two-flue version allows exterior disassembly, ideal for travel.
• Use the CB-406F30 flexible rubber cap to seal the passage during travel.

Included Components

• 5-inch insulated flue: Stainless steel with ceramic wool insulation (CB-5012-SS or CB-5024-SS).
• Supports: CB-3027-SS to keep the flue centered in the opening.
• Rain cap: CB-5028-SS stainless steel, waterproof and spark-resistant.
• Finish plate: CB-5029-SS, 23 cm, for clean interior gap coverage.
• EPDM rubber boot: 28 cm x 28 cm for a perfectly sealed joint.
• 3-to-5-inch adapter: CB-3050-SS, 12.7 cm wide, for flue transition.

Installation and Compatibility

• Compatible with corrugated, ribbed, or flat metal roofs.
• Suitable for roof slopes up to 40 degrees.
• 3-inch flue (not included) passes inside the 5-inch insulated flue.
• Start the 5-inch flue 5 cm below the ceiling and end 3.8 cm below the 3-inch flue.
• Add sections if more than 61 cm is needed.
• Use a support for exterior sections exceeding 61 cm.
• The 3-inch flue must extend 30.5 cm above the roof’s highest point.

• 24-inch option: 2 self-drilling screws 0.47 cm x 2.54 cm, 6 screws 0.31 cm x 1.27 cm.
• 2x12-inch option: 2 screws 0.47 cm x 2.54 cm, 9 screws 0.31 cm x 1.27 cm.
• Not included: Screws for plate, boot, and supports; high-temperature silicone for sealing.
